Als Historikerin erforsche ich die Geschichte der italienischen K\u00fcche und zeige, wie eng sie mit Migration, Kultur und gesellschaftlichem Wandel verbunden ist. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit ist die italienische K\u00fcche in der Schweiz sowie die Geschichte der italienischen Migration.
